The Mercedes-Benz C-Class (W205) is a compact executive car produced by Mercedes-Benz. It was introduced in 2014 as the successor to the W204 C-Class. The W205 C-class was awarded the 2015 Motor Trend Car of the Year. The C63 AMG version of the W205 C-class was announced in 2014, and was first seen in public at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. It is powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.0L V8 engine that produces 469 hp and 650 N⋅m (479 lb⋅ft) of torque. The engine has a redline of 7,200 rpm.
